The ‘White List of Companies’ Programme

The Geo Group belongs to the laureates of the Certificate and the Brown Certificate of the ‘White List of Companies’, as a participant in the programme that reviews good business practices in companies.

The aim of this project is to create a generally accessible and commonly used system of reviewing the business credibility of companies, and to promote them on a national level. The ‘White List’ comprises companies without any outstanding public or legal claims and who pay their contractors without delay. The ‘Geo Mieszkanie i Dom’ has twice been reviewed with a positive result by the organisers of the competition, the Wrocław Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, it was awarded ‘The Brown Certificate’ granted to companies that participate on a regular basis.

Stowarzyszenia Budowniczych Domów i Mieszkań - SBDiM (Association of Housing Construction Companies)

The Geo Group is a co-founder and member of SBDiM. It is the Association's mission to act towards the development of the housing construction market in the sphere of organization, legal issues, financing housing investments, promoting modern materials, technical and technological solutions, initiating contemporary forms of cooperation between the participants in the process of investment preparation, and also in creating a positive image of housing construction companies. The Association is well known for its many initiatives which serve the development of housing construction sector and raise the standards of services relating to investment processes, both locally and internationally.
