THE PKO BP S.A. MORTGAGE OFFER

In cooperation with PKO BP Bank, we have prepared a special mortgage offer in PLN and EUR, which is at the moment only available to 5 housing development companies, operating nationwide.

The special offer allows for the payment of 100% of the mortgage at the stage of Building Licence, an offer which is unavailable from any other bank.

PKO BP will also consider the financing available in your housing saving book, which means that the guarantee bonus on the money saved by you will qualify as your downpayment. This will allow for a reduction of the interest on your mortgage.

The offer is valid until 31 March 2011; it is the date of the mortgage application that is taken into the account. The deadline for signing contracts is 30 April 2011. Offers are conditional on being a holder of a PKO BP SA current account with electronic access or opening one at the time of application.
